Francine's Bio I'm pretty friendly and easy going. I love being active and I'm pretty health conscious. I'm a single parent of a soon to be 12 yr old daughter. I work full time. I do HIIT training 5-6x a week and spin class 1-2 x wkly. I'm working on hitting my weight loss goal 15lbs left which will be a total of 160lb weight loss. Began riding about 2 yrs ago because of bad knee and I actually liked it. Now I'm challenging myself to step out of my box.
