Whether this is your first dance with the sport of triathlon, or you’re looking to improve your performance, Gutzy Tri has You covered. Our 8-week Triathlon training program1 goes the distance – focusing on race prep, nutrition and fueling, and transitions. We’ll swim, bike, and run our way from start to finish and everywhere in between, all while learning pro level race techniques and tricks from one of the sport’s best – Jamie Whitmore.
The Gutzy Tri Team is led by world champion Jamie Whitmore and top ranked Courtney Cardenas along with our veteran mentors. Whether you’re part of our training programs or join the Team2, we are all here ready to support You on your journey – with this Team on your side, training is fun, exciting, and effective.

Winter Tri Training
December 6th – January 28th
3 practices a week:
Tuesday – Run/Core (January – Run/Bike/Core)
Wednesday – Swim
Saturday – Bike
Focus on building a base for your 2017 race season with us. Learn to properly add on the miles without overdoing it.
