How it works
Training is driven by you, your goals, your needs. From the beginning triathlete to seasoned, through Coach Jamie’s knowledge and experience we are all striving to improve our own personal goals ranging from conditioning to racing an Ironman to anything in between. We are a competitive team, with ourselves and each other. But we don’t take ourselves so seriously that we aren’t having fun! The Gutzy Tri Coaching Plan runs year round and includes a six day per week workout schedule, including three coach led workouts (usually Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday). Workouts are planned around upcoming team events and races and can be adjusted to your race schedule.

Anyone interested in checking out the Gutzy Tri Team can attend any scheduled workout free of charge. Simply visit the Team Workout page and find a workout you would like to go to. You may visit one workout for each discipline without charge. While we would prefer to know that you are coming, please feel free to just show up if it is a last minute decision. You can let us know you are coming by emailing us.
The Gutzy Tri Team offers 3 membership options. The three options are as follows:
1. Full Member: $75 Per Month
2. Bike Only $50 per Month
3. Drop-in: $10 per Workout
In order to become a member, you must apply for membership. Once you have been approved, you will receive an email with a link that you can use to subscribe to training. Please check your spam or junk folders if you do not see this email. Please add firstname.lastname@example.org to your email whitelist to insure delivery. Please visit each of the links below for forms and information that you will need prior to attending your first workout.
